PROJECT DESCRIPTION
СРОК РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ: 1 год
The main objective of the project is to create a warm, welcoming, and at the same time dynamic atmosphere of a private club space. The interior is designed to convey a sense of solidity, reliability, and refined taste, emphasizing the status of the development.

The shared spaces are arranged across two levels, connected by an atrium, forming a complex and expressive spatial composition.

The ground floor functions as a reception and transition zone. It includes a concierge desk and two waiting areas.

The first area is defined by softly curved sofas with low backs, creating a sense of lightness and maintaining visual openness without encouraging prolonged stay.

The second area, more private in character, is organized around a bio fireplace and features comfortable seating with sofas and armchairs, fostering a relaxed and conversational atmosphere.

The architectural language of the ground floor is based on soft, flowing lines — all corners are rounded, enhancing the sense of fluidity and organic spatial continuity.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The second floor, accessible via a sculptural architectural staircase or by elevator, is designed as a space for active use by residents. It accommodates a coworking area, a gym, a children’s room, and spaces for meetings and creative work.

The coworking zone opens into the atrium and offers a variety of work settings — from high-back lounge chairs for focused work to shared desks for collaborative use.

A defining feature of the second floor is its openness and abundance of light. The spaces are filled with daylight and visually connected to the atrium through frameless glass balustrades. This approach dissolves boundaries, creates a sense of weightlessness, and establishes a cohesive and psychologically comfortable environment.

The color concept is built on a refined contrast:

Cool base: a grey-blue tone creates a calm, receding background in combination with warm white.

Warm accents: rich beige (reminiscent of travertine), metallic copper, and deep burgundy come forward, forming focal points and a layered spatial composition. This palette becomes a defining signature of the project.

Large window openings with dark frames visually separate the interior from the exterior, turning the view into a living composition. The dark framing emphasizes scale and grounds the openings, adding a sense of stability.

Living plants function as evolving art elements, enriching the sensory experience, animating the interior, and strengthening the connection between residents and nature.
